Baldwin County man charged with raping pre-teen girl
SEMINOLE, Ala. -- Marty Lynn Sawyer, 41 of Seminole man was charged with raping and sodomizing a girl younger than 12 while he was out of jail on bail on 2008 rape and sexual abuse charges, officials said Marty Lynn Sawyer was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy and sexual abuse.
