Police: Gang members kidnap, shoot at Roosevelt High student
Police said a Roosevelt High School student was kidnapped and assaulted by several violent gang members late last month, and the department Gang Unit is investigating the incident, in which the members fired a silenced handgun at the student.
It wasn't there one day, and by the end of the next, there it was. It may look like a big rectangle of steel, and it is.
