Seale man busted for pot after drinking beer on side of the road
A 35-year-old Seale, Ala., man was arrested in Columbus and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute after police saw him standing on a the side of the road drinking a beer early Saturday morning, according to police reports.
A state Examiners of Public Accounts audit of the Autauga County Board of Education has found that a former superintendent of education must repay about $80,000. The audit states former Superintendent Greg Faulkner must repay the system $79,169.05 for benefits and a "buyout" the BOE approved last April.
