The family of Darius Ewing, the man accused of killing Justice the puppy, say he is being ufairly accused and that his bond is exceptionally high.

Dallas police began pursuing an aggravated assault, who was believed to be armed, at about 11:45 a.m. in Pleasant Grove.

Ternorris Duncan took Dallas police on a high speed chase, at times waving his hand out the window.

The pursuit began on C.F. Hawn Freeway southeast toward Seagoville. The armed suspect, driving a red Ford Expedition, then turned around and headed northwest into downtown.
