A police chase than began shortly before 3 a.m. Thursday morning in the 4400 block of Avenue Q-1/2 ended in Dickinson about 45 minutes later as officers from several area agencies corraled the driver, 40-year old ex-convict Vincent Mancuso of Seabrook.
