So who is this guy related to in the DA's office? 1100 counts of child porn, drunk driving, illegal firearm, and they apparently didn't charge him with threatening the employees of the computer company and he gets 1 year? It's an amazing thing!

Everyone who has commented on this web site are way below the norm,, the porn was found. Let's take a look at this. How was it found? I am a pc tech of over 15 years.We never searched for porn material. How was the data found? It was searched for. The tech that reported this was SEARCHING THE HARD DRIVE. This is happening more and more.

This brings light the other things the Technician was doing. Did he/she look for and find other personal information like bank account data, credit card information and the list goes on and on.

It is very clear that the technician was scouring the users hard drive, searching for whatever the user was into.

I am not in any way condoning the behavior that the defendant is charged with.

I am very concerned that when a pc/laptop is dropped off at Flexitech Computers repair that the repair company permits or requests a search of said pc/laptop.

yes it is wrong, but who did he hurt? Did/Are they going after the people who posted the images? All I am seeing tonight is that these comments are at best ignorant.
