The Reading boy who nearly drowned in Blue Marsh Lake before he was rescued by good Samaritans returned home Thursday and is expected to make a full recovery, his mother said.

So glad the little boy is ok. Kudos to the good Samaritan. One question though..... where the HELL was his mother?
