This story is repeated daily. The drunk or drugged always seem to show outward symptoms either in their driving habits, equipment defects, or physical appearance. No wonder the police tend to profile. It pays off. Interesting in the story is the fact that the officer only gave the man a warning on the speeding charge and went with the drug possession. The SOS supposedly will suspend the driving license anyway after the drug charge sticks.
