Legislators zero in on dangerous drivers
Hoping to permanently remove chronically drunk or drugged drivers as well as other reckless "cowboys out on our streets," Assemblyman Jim Tedisco joined fellow Capital Region lawmakers and advocates to make the case for a "three strikes" law to yank the driving privileges of the state's most dangerous drivers.
