Section 8 residents get July reprieve

Rent is paid through July for the 285 Columbia, Clatsop and Tillamook county residents who were told that they would lose their Section 8 housing assistance on July 1. The Northwest Oregon Housing Authority board voted Thursday to use reserve revenue funds to pay for the residents' July assistance vouchers.
