Neues Museum in Berlin wins 2011 Mies van der Rohe Award London-based practice David Chipperfield Architects has been awarded the 2011 European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture, also known as the Mies van der Rohe Award, honouring the Neues Museum rebuilding scheme in Berlin, Germany.
