FERC Issues Notice of Extension of Comment Period re Sierrita Gas Pipeline, LLC under CP13-73 et al

On February 22, 2013, the Commission issued notices setting March 15, 2013 as the date to file comments or protests to Sierrita Gas Pipeline, LLC's applications to: build a new 59 mile natural gas pipeline between Tucson and Sasabe, Arizona , and request for Presidential Permit and authorization to construct cross border facilities .
