Winds wreak havoc across SoCal

Cold, blustery winds blasted the Southland overnight, toppling trees and power lines and leaving more than 40,000 homes and businesses without electricity today, according to utility estimates.

I think the city council should draft a measure barring Mayor Foster from eating at Del Taco. The aftermath is too dangerous for this city. I saw two trees blown over last night on account of this.
