Seminole County woman enters plea to having sex with 13-year-old boy

The charge is statutory rape-only 7 years? By her pleading no contest there is no trial just straight to sentencing?

With sentencing like this she must not be a teacher.

She deserves community service and counseling. Poor woman. She's obviously not a predator. She loved him!

Let's take pity on her.

That makes him 10 YEARS-OLD when this started!

She's no better than any other child molester. She needs to go to jail and stay there until she's too old to try anything like this again.

The kid needs counceling BIG TIME to deal with this or he will end up doing the same kind of thing himself!

Actually "The boy told authorities that he and the woman had a three-year sexual relationship, according to her arrest report. He is now 17."

In most cultures this is perfectly legal but you know how we love to send people to jail in this country.

The really sad part is you can't even send your kids toschool and feel that they are safe. She deserves every year they give her. She is the adult and she should have had higher standards for herself. If she needed some that bad she could have bought herself a toy instead of playing with someones little boy

31 year old arrested for having sex with 13 year old. They had a sexual relationship for 3 years. He is now 17. Presumably this means that he was 16 when she was arrested back in August and since turned 17 and that they had been having sex for three years before she was arrested, making him 13 at the time she started bangind him. But why say that he was 13 in th headline and lead in when he was 16, other than to strain logic to sensationalize.

I have a 13-year-old. Ewww! The thought of a 31-year-old hag touching him makes me vomit a little in my mouth. Not to mention, he's just now getting armpit hair, 13 is still just a child in so many ways.
16 or 17, well, that's a different story--if the adult was 24 or so. 13, that's just disgusting.
