At its Nov. 17 meeting at the Public Works Building in Sandstone, the Pine County Board of Commissioners was informed that Pine City had approved the lease agreement for the old courthouse building.

High-speed chase ends in rollover

Joshua Curtis Mattson, 29, of Sandstone was charged with felony fleeing a police officer and reckless driving after allegedly leading a Pine County Sheriffa s Department deputy on a high-speed chase which ended with Mattsona s vehicle rolled over in a ditch.
