TROY, NY - A man accused of blinding a 14-month-old baby girl is out of jail Wednesday night and back with his family.

Asa Madsen, 30, of Sand Lake is in Rensselaer County jail without bail for violently shaking his girlfriend's 14-month old baby girl.
