Lanes cleared after gravel spill on Richmond-San Rafael Bridge

Traffic is moving and lanes on eastbound I-580 on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge in Marin County have been cleared after a long backup caused by a gravel spill, according to the California Highway Patrol.
