City Council Tables Discussion On Animal Control Contract

They arrived armed with e-mails, exposes and plenty of emotion. More than two dozen residents, incensed that the San Marino City Council and staff are considering a contract with the County of Los Angeles for animal control services, thus ending a 55-year relationship with the Pasadena Humane Society.
