A West side family is in tears after their beloved birds go missing. The two macaws were stolen from a home in the 3100 block of San Ignacio at two-thirty this Wednesday, but the family didn't discover them missing until around six that evening The family knows the exact time they were stolen because they had surveillance cameras.
