This bank is on the verge of failure from making bad CRE loans and had to be bailed out by a cash infusion from one of its shareholders
This some PR effort to get depositors?

Maybe Tam Bank should file to be a 501C - non-profit org.

Tam Bank is in fine shape and it has our confidence as depositors and customers.

....well, as a shareholder, TAMB doesn't have my confidence!!...and by the look of it's stock price after the initial pop from the $500K investment, it's not looking very good.
