Picture of fraud suspect emerging

Wow this keeps getting better and better. I was supprised when i found out about his house i rented along with 30 other people and now this. I just cant believe that him and his wife are getting away with this... I really hope he gets caught i would love to see them go to jail....

is this supposed to be the picture of Pradeep? How old is he? I know someone with the same name and profile but the picture really doesnt look like him...

If he is still in the country he will be caught eventualy. I would hope he still has money left to return to the victims. Very sad someone would do this.

I too also rented the house along with the other 30 or so people. This picture looks exactly like the man that I signed the lease with and the woman next to him in the pic, we met also and he introduced her as his wife. I hope he is caught and gets everything he deserves.

I am not sure why the paper did not name specifically the 2 individuals in this picture but I wish they had. If she (the woman) is posing as his wife, then what is her name, and as importantly, what was her role in the scheme? Is she also being charged or sought for questioning? Unfortunately, this article left more unanswered questions than it answered.
I hope he is caught before he can swindle more unsuspecting persons. This serves as a reminder to us all:'Caveat emptor,' or Let the Buyer Beware!

With all the money he swindled from everyone, man....I would've had a playboy playmate in my arm...look at that fat chick he's got. He's obviously got bad taste in women.

Yes - The male in the Picture is PARDEEP SINGH
And the monster next to him is EMILIA AGUIRRE, his wife. She new exaclty what she was doing and is just as at fault as he is. She was there when Pardeep showed the house and told all of our childern what fun they would have playing in the big back yard. She new exactly what was going on.

This looks like a Sherlock Holmes story to me except we don't have a Holmes here. How clever and calculated he had been!

I still believe it all started with the housing downturn. He financed 100% and saw the value down over $100k. Before he wanted to dump the house, he decided to do something before he disappear. He netted at least a quarter million!

Where can he be? One story said he drove off in a (rental?) truck and left one car (towed the other?), and his passport was posted to airports, which means he is still in the continent. I believe he is in the north, ie, a Canadian city with one of his relatives.

I would start with his phone record to locate his Canadian relative if I were the detective.

I agree the wife should also be held accountable she met my kids and let them look around the house seeing how excited they were to finally get out of our tiny apartment. She knew exactly what was going on and she let it happen.

I am due in 3 weeks with my son, and I am stressed because now I am in one room, living with relatives. And it kills me to know that I can't have a nursery ready for when he comes home.

They had my kids all excited to have a yard to play in too. He screwed over a lot of families and lied to little kids, castration would be kind...

I also leased the house. He'll get his Karma. I heard the last time someone saw him was Friday night that would have given him time to leave the country that weekend before they put a hold on his passport. Someone else could have left the car and truck for him. He could be in Mexico too. I think his wife should also be accountable she knew exactly what was going on. I hope they find him and he gets whats coming to him and her. They should notify the Indian(hindu etc...) community. Someone must know of his where abouts. They need to be punished.

I as well lease this house from this horrible couple. Not only did they rob me for my money, they also rob my son from having a home with a yard he can play in. Everyday I look online to see if he's been caught. I can't wait for that day. They both need to be caught and punished!!!!

You are not alone. Before I do anything each morning I come to the computer to check if he was caught. My 5 year old daughter is so mad at Pardeep for stealing her expectant baby brothers room and her backyard. We used to drive by the house everyday excited to move in and she does not totally understand why it is no longer our house. It is so sad.

We just have to pray they catch him so he does not put this heartache on any other families.

I read the comments, and see what this man did. I have disgust for his actions and nothing but sympathy and sorrow for the families he scammed. God is just and fair, and remember that ultimately you always pay. Revenge is pointless, but justice is fair. Maybe not man's justice, but God's always is.

I want to apoplogize to all those people, because they may never get that apology from the man that did that to them. Turn the other cheek, and walk away, and take it as a learning experience.
