Saltsburg planning a hike in sewage fees

Borough council voted Monday to increase sewage rates in 2010. The minimum monthly rate will jump from $24 to $30 while a separate usage fee will increase from $2.65 to $2.75 for each thousand gallons above 3,000 gallons used per quarter.
