Salisbury man charged with attempted murder, rape

The day was the victims 24th birthday. She is the mother of 4 beautiful children and is loved by her family. As a family member I would like to thank the police and the residence of Farm Market Lane for their help in apprehending the suspect. We deeply appreciate all that they did in this situation.

Did they know each other or was this totally random? I haven't read too much more about it.

Is she still in critical condition?

You may want to follow up so they don't give him a plea that will him to walk in a few years. The DA in Salisbury has let an offender with several felonies including one assault againest an officer get off free. Now of course this perp has violated his probation picked up more charges. Hey Mr. DA watch for Brett Burns that he don't have you explaining how someone with so many felonies got away again. This kid is a menace and laughs at you. Mr. Rourk this is your case proceed accordingly. I hate to see this kid laugh again when our child is hurt.

Well Mr. DA he did commit another violent felony. Assault with a weapon almost killing them and after he did that he choked the victim til he passed out and then ran. Thanks to those who called an ambulance. When are you going to end the violent rage of this kid. Does he need to kill someone to get your attention? Well here it is I hope and pray something is finally done. His VOP is next week to give you a heads up!!!!!
