The four - a couple from East Liverpool and their two young daughters - were in an SUV that collided with a pickup truck at the intersection of Riffle Road at about 9 p.m. According to highway patrol trooper Neil Everett, a 1999 Dodge Dakota pickup driven by Joseph Pahanish, 20, of Salineville, was eastbound on Riffle Road.
