A Salem couple is being investigated for allegedly supplying alcohol to minors at a weekend party following Salem High School's graduation ceremonies Saturday afternoon.

SALEM, IN A middle school teacher will be charged criminally for an underage drinking party that police said was held at her house last weekend.

An umpire for a high school baseball game had a BAC of .235, according to an arrest report from the Salem City Police Department.

Sentencing is set for May 22 for Sterlen Keller, who was cleared of a murder charge by an Orange County jury last month but was convicted of burglary, theft, auto theft and failure to report a dead body.

He was booked into the Monroe County jail at 8:10 p.m. Thursday on the charges of armed robbery, a Class B felony; pointing a firearm at another person, a Class D felony; and possession of a firearm without a permit, a Class A misdemeanor.
