Insurer offers $5,000 reward for tips in slaying of Roy H. LaFray in Saginaw Township

The June 24 slaying of Rick D. Savage's longtime insurance client, Saginaw Township's Roy H. LaFray, prompted Savage to offer a $5,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
