Theft-related crimes lead grand jury indictments
Two men were indicted for breaking and entering, safe cracking, grand theft and other charges during a recent term of a Clinton County grand jury which met in Common Pleas Court, according to the office of Clinton County Prosecuting Attorney Rick Moyer.
