Ruth Anderson, the oldest living woman in Minnesota who lived for many years in Pipestone County, passed away early Tuesday morning, Dec.

Ruth Anderson, believed to be the world's oldest twin and the last Minnesotan born in the nineteenth century, died early Tuesday at age 112 and 149 days.

Pipestone County Commissioners approved during their Tuesday, Dec. 13 meeting a final 2012 budget of $15 million and a property tax levy of $4.5 million.
