Kentucky's drunk driving laws are not strict enough, says a Logan County mother whose 9-month-old child was killed in a terrible fiery crash in 1992 by a drunk driver on U.S. Highway 431.

My heart goes out to this Mother and her family. I can not fathom her pain. The person responsible for killing her child is looking for other babies to kill as he is getting drunk and driving. I know he really was sorry about the baby dying, but not enough to stop drinking and driving. Even if he beats this drunk driving charge, he will do it again..when does it stop? He did not learn anything in jail, so what is the answer? I am so sorry mrs. Baldwin, prayer will help, hang tough.

i think the guy should get a life long ban from drinking
make it part of his probation permanant zero tolerance oh yeah send him back for the other ten years he skipped out on
