I have bluegrass and i think that they are awful. I have had so many droped calls and when i called and asked why my calls get droped i was not given an answer i was told that they didn't know why.

We have had Bluegrass for a lot of years without any problems. Never had a call dropped and we have been way up the lake and have made calls without any problems. Had others in the past that did not have the satifaction that I have with Bluegrass. Don't know what to tell you, sorry.

I have had Bluegrass, Nextel, and Cell one. Of the 3 bluegrass suited me the best. Nextel (sprint) and cell one (at&t) have coverage within about 1/2 mile of my house but not at my house...bluegrass does.

Each person has to look at their needs and pick the best.

I went to the main office to ask why all 8 phones that my family had owned had the same issues with dropped calls. I finally got Bluegrass cellular to admit that they did not have the infrastructure in place in Elizabethtown to handle the new phones. We never had any issues once we were outside the Elizabethtown area with their service or the operation of the phones while roaming.
