The sheer ignorance of some people amazes me. "all n yr mind", it is easy for you to say that if you have never been addicted. People who have been addicted will testify that more often than not, they were addicted from the very first time they used the meth. Granted, if they had never used it in the first place, there wouldn't be a problem for them, but sometimes people make mistakes. People underestimate the power of this drug. It is NOT even compareable to marijuana or alcohol! I have been through the addiction with a very close loved one. It is very hard to watch someone you love battle this demon when you are a non user, like myself. I watched this loved one go from a confident, hard working, family man who had made a nice home for his family, waste away to a shell. He spent his family's life savings on this drug in just a matter of monthes(almost $70,000). He became paranoid, chasing shadow monsters, and digging at the "bugs" in his skin. He would stay awake for days at a time, because he was paranoid that everyone was out to get him and would come in and kill him in his sleep. His wife, tried to hold her family together (she was a non user too) but after a while, she had to take the kids and leave to make it safe for them. Until, a meth user has the "desire" to kick the addiction, no rehab center is going to beat this addiction. The user has to WANT it for themself. They can't do it for mom, or grandma, or even their children. This drug has a tendancy to make the user turn against those who love them the most. This guy finally realized that his family wasn't coming home to him in that condition. He feel to his knees and began to pray. Through the grace and mercy of God above, not clinical rehab, he overcame his addiction. He has been clean for 7 years now. He attends church regulary and if you ask him how he beat the addiction, he is quick to tell you that it was nothing but the power of God! He is now a productive, hard working citizen again. And yes, he still has his wife and children again. My point is this...We may look at these people and see dope heads or meth heads, but we need to keep in mind that they are still people who have a mother, father, wife, children or whoever that love them. Most of all, they have a God that loves them! No matter what they have done, he will still take them back and forgive them. They just need to ask him to forgive them and ask Him into their hearts. He is waiting with an outstretched hand. There is still hope for these people if they want it. I just wanted them to know.
Amen

The people arrested for the drugs is just a beginning. It is sad for their families and friends, children. GOOD JOB RUSH COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND THOSE SURROUNDING COUNTIES THAT HELPED. HOPEFULLY YOUR EFFORTS SAVED SOMEONE'S LIFE. LAW ENFORCEMENT DID NOT MAKE THOSE PEOPLE MAKE OR SELL THE DRUGS. Your wrong about no one caring. If those arrested weren't/aren't Ordered to get drug counseling, how many do you think will get it on their own....Good job guys in law enforcement.

To all of you that are bashing these people---get a life. Its easy for you to go around and say bad things about others, but put your feet in someone elses shoes. I am related to someone that got arrested and I know several others. They are mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, cousins, ect ect....they have made mistakes, and now they are paying for it. A few have never been in trouble for drugs before, so why would you just assume they are horrible people. I hope they get the help that they need. Its good to know that there is a loving, forgiving, helpful community they get to come back to....Note the sarcasm....Seriously...these people need help...Why dont you step up and help these people....Just a worried family member trying to stand up for my loved one/s.....

Actually these people can fix their problems if they want to. No one can make them, but if they want the help they can have it..Did they make bad mistakes?? sure, but can they also fix those mistakes?? sure...dont bash before you know the entire story....maybe, just maybe that something happened in their life, a real serious situation, and that they are addicted to drugs because of what happened in their life....just dont judge...not all of them are horrible monsters

I agree these people have problems and they need help but why do people need to be such pussys and put on a wire to take them down instead of letting the cops do there own job to let everyone know the one that put the wire on bub is number 166 he believes is aron starky so if anyone knows this ci number please let it be known i am also related to kenneth bub tye and if anyone has a problem with that you can take it up with me bub called me the day he got arrested and the way the cops busted him really was dirty he didnt even have any drugs in his house when they came in on him!!!!

Who the hell are you ppl to judge anyone that you dont know anything about...I know 2 of these people personally and they are my extended family and I regret the fact that ppl can sit back and pass judgement so easily when they have no idea what is goin on with them....People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones and for every person that had something bad to say about these ppl have made mistakes of their own how dare you have anything to say just because your dirty laundry wasnt aired in the paper...

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Taurus

Make a big effort to spend time with people you didn't see on Christmas Day, especially if they're older than you or are having a bad time at the moment. You're brimming over with compassion and empathy, which will be really appreciated by anyone who's on the receiving end of them. You're also in the mood to make allowances for people, and that will help enormously.
