A man who was shot after attempting to rob a Neighbors Fuel Center last month now faces additional charges in connection with a robbery that took place in August.

A woman was robbed in a McDonald's parking lot in Rural Hall on Sunday afternoon, and Forsyth County sheriff's deputies are looking for the suspect.

Nathaniel Daranyte Menefee, 28, of Rural Hall, and Loysie Lee Rosdhal, 28, of Winston-Salem, were arrested along with both suspects' mothers, Willie Mae Morris, 50, of Rural Hall, and Deborah Annette Perry, 50.

The N.C. Department of Transportation has awarded contracts totaling $20.9 million for the replacement or repair of 21 bridges in Forsyth, Davidson, Stokes and Rowan counties.

Mrs. Vener Mae Burnett Lawson Billings Moxley, 71, of Lexington passed away peacefully at her home on May 10, 2012, surrounded by her loving family.
