Better give him a script to read(hope he can still read)
or he would be stuttering around about "making it happen" and raving about how he has singlehandedly raised the money for the new **** plant. Best not mention the lawsuit that really made the ****plant a reality-along with the constant residential rising water/wastewater fees. You know, the ones we residents pay every month. We know he won't talk about raising the fees of the BIG water users.....like his golfing buddy with the stinky cigars. If we all are lucky, he will miss his plane and find himself in timbucktwo-where he belongs.
Isn't he just the consummate traveler-first he goes to "lobby"in Santa Fe(did he ever really go???) and now he does Washington? AH, our tax dollars at work. You'd think his golf buddy could have loaned him his private jet-he did it for the gov.

Better L. Ray than "Dumbo" in the Downs. At least L. Ray knows how to read even (if he can't see the page). "Dumbo" Armstrong can barely manage to speak the English language. Reading and writing are well too advanced for him.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Scorpio

A loved one is very assertive under the Full Moon tonight. You'll only make it worse if you come down like a ton of bricks, given that Mars is retrograde and it's a lunar eclipse tonight. Besides, do you really want to spoil this evening's celebrations because you've had a flaming row? If possible, live and let live, so you can have a really happy New Year!
