Harrison 'parts' ways with Mescalero School District

Charles Harrison apparently no longer is superintendent of Mescalero Schools. According to a receptionist at the school district , the acting superintendent is former high school principal Maria Saenz and Harrison no longer works for the district.

If anyone has any more information on what is going on at the school, I sure would like to know.

Harrison's contract was terminated on a vote of no confidence by the School Board. The board gave him until the end of his contract in 2010, but he decided to use his sick and annual leave and left the same day.
