Motorcycle club to use All American Park again
A number of activities are being planned for All American Park on July 20. Ruidoso Downs city councilors approved waiving permit fees to use the park for a motorcycling organization's fundraiser that will assist a local organization.

County reviews agencies' financial requests
After listening to more than a dozen representatives of external agencies asking for help with their annual budgets, Lincoln County commissioners tentatively approved about $326,000 in requests, cutting more than $45,000 from initial submissions for the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 preliminary budget.
