Drama at the Big Easy ... Travis working his fingers to the bone since Kyle stalked out like a wuss ... then Kyle shows back up trying to lay claim to the whole kit & kaboodle. It's sad since Kyle NEVER lifted a finger from day one.

their not closed. There's some trouble going on with kyle garrett the other owner who stepped away from the business a month ago. Travis has been running it by himself for the past month and now kyle has decided he wants back in so they have 14 days to get everything straightened out. But kyle is going to be running it for althe next two weeks I think. If I were yyou I woulnt eat there with him running it hes a piece of sh*t

true dat. Travs a good man and doesn't deserve this bs. Kyle is scum of the earth. He left the bar cuz he felt like he was doing too much but he only worked 9-4 and did nothing but talk on his cell all day from what I saw. Meanwhile travis has been working another job and running the bar all by his self for the past month. Poor guy please no one eat there until kyle gets out

I guess we will see in 14 days. Kyle told Travis a Month ago that he was going to court to disolve the Corp. and let the courts work out the details and that he would no longer work with Travis in any way. Travis chose to open at night, Kyle chose to not open in the day. It finally went to court The judge looked at the facts of the case and placed Kyle in charge until mediation. I like both guys, one wanted out and claimed the other wasn't doing his share. I'm staying neutral and will continue to go there either way. I just hope after court the place stays open regardless of who the judge rules for.

kyle also broke into the rest and took an empty safe! Lol. It could have only been him because he was the only one who knew where the ac unit was that they blocked up and where the motion detector wouldn't go off and the code to the office where the safe was located. And he took all of travis' reciepts and the menus. How childish!

guess you don't know as much as you think. I was there when Travis was bragging about changing the alarm code, yet the alarm didnt go off and wasnt disabled. Also, anyone with two eyes who has ever smoked out back can see the blocks were different! And the Steak House was also broken into that night. As for steeling, I've heard that Kyle is also looking at pressing criminal charges so I guess we will wait and see.

he changed the alarm code but not the code to the office door. And what thief would take the time to chisle out blocks being careful not to brake anything and then go straight into the office instead of a register and not steal cash that was in the office that was sitting on the desk on top of the safe and leave a tv that knocked off the wall and leave a comouter and anything else of value but instead take a 150 pound safe out the back door and walk in the exact area where he couldn't be detected by the alarms motion detector......hmmm....he wanted the safe for documents that he might be able to use against trav in court. Which there's not any brcaudlse travis would not steal from his own business he's much smarter than that. The business was only making enough to jusy pay the bills and debt. Oh but kyle had a million dollars at one point in his life and all he has to show for it is two pos jags that don't run hardly and a house on alabama st. Wooopy. So I wander whos bad with money?

its not closed. We're not sure what's going to happen yet. Please if you are friends with travis keep him in your prayers. Its been very difficult for him running the place by himself and constantly having to look over his shoulder. And now this. He's worked too hard for this. He needs all the support he can get.

I've known Travis for yrs. He's worked hard ever since I've known him. He's a good guy. I hope everything starts looking up for him. He deserves it.

If you were part owner at a bar/grill and your friend and girl friend game would you not charge them? I own my own business in Lexington and whenever my friends and girl friend come in I don't charge them. Applebee's and McDonalds don't charge the police dept. and sheriff dept. Is that stealing to?

im surprised it lasted this long. travis is lazy

As for laziness, Kyle takes the cake ... To say he was/is lazy would be an understatement ... He never lifted a finger any time our extended family ate at the Big Easy ... He was always propped up against the bar passing drinks to "his" buddies and talking on his cell phone.

anyway I'm not going to post on here anymore because I'm sure I'm just arguing with kyle or missy or one of his sh*tty friends and its a pointless neverending battle that will go nowhere. I know what my mans been through and he has my support whole heartedly no matter what happens and I know all his friends and family will too and that's all that matters.

Funny...I think if my butt was supposed to show up in front of a judge I'd be there. And if you hire a lawyer that doesn't know how to schedule appointments, that's your fault. You plainly let your character show in your actions. And your and Travis's actions speak louder than any words you or Travis can put on here.
