Round Lake Beach man denies shooting

Full story: Daily Herald

A Round Lake Beach man police say wounded two people, including an innocent bystander, while shooting at people he believed had damaged his cars pleaded not guilty Thursday in Lake County circuit court.

I think the guy should be given a medal. He had the guts to defend what is his. We need to get the gangs off the streets and not hide behind the "justice" system that gives these thugs a slap on the wrist and turns them loose.

screw that he needs to burn in hell because he shoot an innocent person sending her/him to the hospital. and he was drunk at the time. he needs to get the death sentence thats what he needs. people [like you]should even be talking if you don't know the real story. "A car drove by containing five or six rival gang members of at least one person at Garcia's house".They gathered weapons and returned to his house and commenced to break the windows out of his cars parked in his driveway. The real story is we have a GANG problem. One of the problems with GANGS is innocents are caught in the crossfire. The story said nothing about alcohol being involved. Where did you get your information from, "screw him"?

Actually this dude might be the best shot out of all the round lake gangsters. At least he hit one of his targets! Most of these guys can't shoot for shit.

9 mm semi auto handgun plus 2 full ammo mags? good thing he was a lousy shot! I'm wondering if he had his FOID? And last time I checked you couldn't carry a gun unless it was disassembled.That is unless you have a concealed carry permit. OOOOO I think Mr.Carlos Garcia has mucho problemos.
