A New York rabbi is returning to his South Jersey roots as the new spiritual leader of Adath Emanu-El. Rabbi Benjamin David will assume the post July 1. The former Cherry Hill resident succeeds Stacy Offner, who has led the community as an interim rabbi since early 2010.
