Michael and Carrie Kline will give a free summer Concert on the Lawn at The Potomac Center, 1 Blue St., Romney, W.Va., Sunday at 5 p.m. Sponsored by the Hampshire County Arts Council, the pair will perform traditional Appalachian Mountain harmonies and contemporary songs with guitar.
