A police officer shot and killed a large dog on Wednesday evening after Kalispell Chief of Police Roger Nasset says the animal "charged one of the officers...bearing its teeth and growling.

KALISPELL - A Rollins man accused of joking with bank employees that he was going to rob them has pleaded not guilty to criminal endangerment.
