RHE will switch to vinyl fencing

and how much more to fix the plastic when someone sits on it and breaks it or when a horse walks into it?

Is this recycled vinyl? Or is it all about saving money?

The once feared "Art Jury" of the hill apparently hasn't got wind of this new product and will soon deem it to be 1/32nd too thick, 3/8 too high and a shade too white for their strict color requirements. If this passes I might finally get those cool little windows in my roll-up vinyl garage door or be able to build a slumpstone wall in front of my house to cut down on street noise or possibly get that fourth dog I've always wanted. Bring on the plastic!

RHE has no art jury. Nothing wrong with vinyl in my mind. Not sure how "eco-frindly" it really is since petroleum products use quite a bit of energy to produce. Four dogs is rather obnoxious unless you have a cuple of acres. Make sure they don't bark or I'll be sure to call Animal Control.

Maybe that vinyl in your mind could use a little armor-all dude.

PV Charlie...59 years old, no children, takes notes on neighbors for future city council meetings, drives a Volvo or older Mercedes and is lactose intolerant. I actually have five dogs and they don't take kindly to stuffy old guys who stick their noses into everyone's business.
