I like reading the Daily Breeze for stories like this. Sometimes you need a break from big world problems.

I'd really like to post on the front page gay marriage sympathy story, but perhaps the DB thinks that would be to controversial to display on the webpage - lots of people hope their parents are around long enough to witness various accomplishments in life - unfortunately the voters have spoken several times on this issue, and maybe many more times to come. Isn't it enough to show your parents that you fought the good fight, stood up for what you believed in? and show graciousness in defeat? Perhaps the horserider is somebody famous...or because of the holiday, they have a rookie picking important stories of the day.

Wowzers.....i slipped while geocaching this weekend. Can someone call me so people can hear my story of how i fell scrapped my hand, knee and sprained my ankle. Good thing i carry a first aid kit while geocaching. Next time i might just lay there and have them call in a search team.

How did she get cell reception up there. My phone gets zero bars throughout that entire gated community?!!! She is either lucky or has a better phone service or both.

hey maybe you all should read another paper...seems no one is thrilled with the story. Grow up people! Would you prefer the continuous inundation of negative violent bloody articles that make you cringe! Lighten up a little.

Breaking news... she had a 'possible' broken leg? I'm sure that was a scary spill, but newsworthy? Come on... btw: Verizon will get you reception up there, now that's newsworthy!

reading or buying the Daily Breeze if you do not like their articles OR if you feel you can do a better job. Oh and btw, the woman that got bucked from the horse is a great friend of mine. It may not be news worthy to you but it could be to others.

Your first aid kit isnt going to be of much help to you when YOU ARE UNABLE TO WALK. But go ahead and make fun of a situation where someone got hurt. Karma is paying attention

Pretty much. That is honestly saying like previous posts, ouch, I fell off my motorcycle and scraped my knee. I feel bad that the rider was injured, but was it honestly south bay news for the DB? More like Peninsula News. Riders fall off their horses all the time. Just like toddlers fall down and scrape their knees. If it had been during a lavage competition or something that may have been different Stop wrote: <quoted text> Are you trying to say that only people who live on the Peninsula would have an interest in this story?
