The search is on for a deadly hit-and-run driver near Dover. State police say it happened around 8 last night when 38-year-old Curt Burns of Dover was fatally injured when he was struck while walking across Route 13 near Rodney Village.

Two Harrington residents were arrested on drug charges at Rodney Village Shopping Center in Dover after one ran from officers, tossing drugs before he was caught, state police Master Cpl.
