Yes ! it is true ..........Rocky Mount and the area around it is a shame! The Taxes are outrageous and the city just don't give a damn. There is no excuses for the crimes that happened here in RM so to speak of ignorance, but the town it self if I had my choice ( which right now I don't ) I move the hell out of here !
