Another district court to come to Rockwall in 2010

That's great for Rockwall County, but we could use at least one more here in Hunt County, too.

It boggles my mind to think Florance and Magness were given the chance to come into this discussion of another court. What jerks! Florance, a previous sheet rock installer,(guess he liked the stilts), Magness, too dumb to get out of the rain, and those GOLD teeth, WhoA!

A perfect example that qualified people don't run for office in Rockwall when we have those guys making decisions.

I am in NO WAY defending the Rocwall Commissioner's Court as I think they have proven themselves to be reckless and irresponsible however, I do agree that a 2nd dist. court is needed. If you look at the case load of our currect dist. court, they are a bit overwhelmed.

For an area that has no crime, supposedly.. why do we need a second district court? Its just another way of expanding the buddy system and get in another one of their friends for District Judge and another District Clerk, etc.

Not all court cases are criminal, the district (and court at law) judges do a ton of civil cases.

No grand conspiracy, it's just what happens when counties grow.

Court at Law Judge David Rakow will be seeking the seat. My only problem with that is I heard him a few weeks ago talking about the "rights" given to us by the government.

(Before anyone shows their ignorance: Rights are something you are born with. The government gives you privileges.)

To Haha -- every county in Texas has only ONE District Clerk. However, every court will have its own judge.

Has anyone heard who Rakow plans to name as his replacement if he does get the seat? It's something concerned citizens may want to investigate deeply before the wrong person is named the new Court of Law Judge.

You know it's Mary Lou when she starts making everything about Matt Scott and starts calling him names (it's all she can do because she is not smart enough to come up with anything even remotely witty). And, when she call him a "terd" and "basterd" (and misspells them both to boot!).

It's funny how everything about her is centered on this Matt Scott. Sounds to me like she has a crush on him; maybe she secretly loves him, now that she's on the market looking for hubby number four. Makes sense because while she says she hates attorneys, she really likes them, especially when they are defending her in about a million property tax lawsuits from her days as a slum lord, or helping her divorce all her ex-husbands, including the poor sick old man she is dumping now so she can stop paying his medical bills.

Anyway, it's good to have her back--her entertainment value is priceless, even if she is a mean old dried up prune who cares only about money and has more husbands than Zsa Zsa Gabor!

I laughed for five minutes straight at this post and started to think. What if Matt Scott is pulling this crud. What if getting his name out there and making fun of his nemesis means so much to him that he makes fun of himself to be able to take stabs at her.

There are so many prior posts from Ms. Curtis that anyone can learn how to sound like her. Its not hard at all. Drinking can do it, white out, rubber cement, exposure to bleach. Or just type something and have your four year old insert random letters and punctuations. Its nearly impossible to determine whether random and obscure posts are indeed from Ms. Curtis and not from Matt Scott or others.

Below is my completely new example of a Ms. Curtis post given observing prior posts about Matt Scott. This proves that anyone off mere observation can put themselves in the same writing style as her.

Tat Matt Scotts aunt muffin but troubles. He is sorry man that likes to make name for self but no name to make. Likes to be at his tub of concrete to be seen and loved.
