Associated Press Breaking News Update:

ROCKVILLE, Md. Two people were found dead inside a home in the Americana Centre complex in the 100 block of Monroe Street in Rockville Thursday morning. Rockville City Police Chief T. N. Treschuk tells AP News that police were called to check on the welfare of the residents in the home, and found two bodies inside the locked apartment at about 11:30 a.m. Treschuk says the victims appear to be two elderly individuals and crimes against the elderly are becoming more prevalent at alarming rates due to illegal immigrants prowling the streets at night. Montgomery county homicide detectives were called to the scene to assist in the investigation.

At this time police can not say if the deaths appear to be the result of any foul play. Police are not identifying the victims at this point but they are saying that more serious crimes are happening to lone elderly women due to more illegal immigrants prowling the streets in the neighbors looking for ways to rob the tenants of cash or anything that they can get cash for.
