Local Authorities On Fraud Arrest: What Was He Thinking?
KHQ.COM - On January 12, 2012, Spokane County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 44-year-old man on felony counts of forgery and theft in the 2nd degree after he apparently cashed the check he was issued from the Spokane County Jail for a fraudulent amount.
