Get ready for guns in bars

Guns have NO place in bars. This is carrying a Constitutional right way too far and risking lives. Any organization that supports this is also supporting murder! Hunting, collecting etc no problems. But this is dumb. So sorry my candidate did not win the primary, now a matter of the lesser of two evils.

Heh, They can have guns in bars, as long as they don't get drunk. Wow that'll work.

There are already guns in bars,don't be so naive

Criminals carry guns into bars all the time. How about innocent, law abiding citizens having the means to defend themselves?

There is no reason for anybody to have a gun in a bar or anywhere else. America's gun culture makes law enforcement far more dangerous and hundreds of innocent people are killed and maimed every day by gun nuts. Firearms are the main reason health care costs are so high. President Obama must implement a gun ban as part of his national health care plan to help keep costs down.

While you're at it, ban every activity, or item which if misused, can result in injuries or conditions which present a health care cost.

Firearms are the reason for high health care cost? Please come from underneath your rock and join the rest of us here in reality! Try smokers as the leader of health care cost! How about we take away everyones cigs!

Its about time we had guns in bars. People are dangerously irrational when they are drunk and decent people need guns to protect themselves!

Crud...here we go again. Ok, where does this come from? did you have a relative shot, did you get shot? I carry my gun in a local bar all the time and haven't died or killed anyone yet. Knee jefrk reaction to a common "debate".

Whether the law authorizes lawful concealed carry of firearms in an establishment with a liquor license, the truth of the matter is that a person who consumes alcohol does not lose their right to self defense.

Law abiding gun owners have the right to protect themselves from idiot, loud mouth drunks. It's about time! By the way...when are the local governments and police going to reduce drunk driving? That seems like the bigger problem here. Law abiding gun owners know better.

If your state legislature raises the legal BAC to .2, most of your DUI cases will dissapear, creating a reduction in DUI offenses.

If the state legislature, lowers legal BAC to .04, then there will be more DUI cases.

He seems to forget that if a "drunk" has firearm in the trunk of her car and is in a bar getting more "drunker" and then decides someone needs shooting, the "drunk" lady is more than free to go outside to her car, retrieve the firearm, return inside the bar and shoot the needy person.

Booze and Guns, hmmmm seems like a good combination, ask Shannon Burke..worked for him........Can you think of a worse combination than guns and booze?
