Town of Westlake to upgrade roads, academy
Town Manager Tom Brymer said projects include new street construction in the Stagecoach Hills neighborhood, a new waterline along Roanoke Road, and additional street improvements via the $4.6 million development agreement with Hillwood Properties which includes improvements to the intersection at Dove and JT Ottinger roads.
