A Lawrence County woman is one of eight people in Northeast Kentucky to have admitted to defrauding the Social Security Administration out of a combined total of $517,647. PAINTSVILLE - Randy Madan will not be leaving his position as administrator of the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center after all.
